If you want to manually block a customer from placing new orders on your store, you can add their email address to your FraudBlock blacklist. Any future orders from customers who are on your blacklist will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that the app will only check the customer's email address and phone number - if the same person places a new order with a different email address/phone number, the order won't be automatically cancelled. We don't compare the shipping address, as it leads to too many false-positives.
